How to cancel ImageSEO’s subscription

In short: log in at app.imageseo.io, open your profile, scroll to Cancel subscription and click I want to cancel my subscription, then confirm. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for and isn’t renewed after that. If you bought within the last 14 days, you may be able to get a refund instead.

Cancel your subscription

1. Go to app.imageseo.io and log in with the account you pay with.
2. Open your profile page and scroll to the bottom, to the Cancel subscription section.
3. Click I want to cancel my subscription.
4. If you’re asked why you’re leaving, a short answer helps us improve. Then confirm.
5. You’ll see “Your subscription will be canceled”, and the button changes to Subscription canceled.

What happens after you cancel

• Until the end of the period you paid for (the month, or the year on a yearly plan), your plan and its monthly images keep working.
• After that, you aren’t charged again.
• Your images keep everything. Alt texts, titles, captions and file names already written stay in your WordPress Media Library. Nothing is removed from your site. See what happens when you unsubscribe or disable the plugin.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of your original purchase, yes, with a few conditions: refunds don’t apply to upgrades or annual renewals, and not if more than 70% of the purchased credits have been used. To ask for one, email support@imageseo.io from the address on your account. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Invoices and payment card

To download invoices or change the card you pay with, use the Manage Invoices and Credit Card section on the same profile page. You don’t need to cancel to change your card.

Just need a smaller plan?

If ImageSEO is useful but you’re paying for more images than you use, a smaller plan may suit you better than cancelling. The free plan still includes 10 images a month. Compare the plans on the pricing page, or write to support@imageseo.io and we’ll help you pick one.
